With Oasis ’26 just around the corner, the Oasis English Press sat down with the Coordinators of RadioAktiv, Navneet Taori and Kartikay Kukreja, to learn more about the club’s events and their responsibilities during the fest.

They explained that this year, RadioAktiv would organise Prom Night on 30th October and a Halloween Party on Day 2. The club had replaced last year’s Fake Sangeet with the Halloween Party, bringing a new concept to the fest. Along with their own events, they would also be handling hospitality and production for the Raftaar and Mohit Chauhan’s concerts in collaboration with Accord.On Day 4, the club would be handling hospitality for N2O, featuring Ashish Solanki and Chirag Panjwani, along with ticketing in collaboration with Accord and HAS.

Talking about how this year would be different from the previous editions, the Coordinators mentioned that last year, RadioAktiv had only organised events, without being involved in prof-show hospitality or ticketing. This year, however, their responsibilities have increased significantly, with the club being involved in three prof-shows alongside organising its own events. They also added that this was the biggest Oasis edition for the club in terms of its overall involvement.

On the days leading up to the fest, the preparatory work included planning the events, ideating decorations for these events, talking to vendors, and working to publicize the event. The club members worked diligently and the workforce had been exciting to work with.

When asked about their experience as Joint Coordinators, they described it as a great learning experience. Navneet shared that working with Kartikay, who was a close friend, had made the process more enjoyable. They also mentioned that having worked for the club during  APOGEE last year had given them some experience, but Oasis was on a much larger scale. On a parting note, the Coordinators expressed hope that their events would be successful and encouraged everyone to attend them.
