StudyDeck offers a wide range of services including scheduling, a multitude of academic resources like recorded lectures, slides, and previous-year question papers. It also features a timetable generator, information regarding courses, and a CGPA calculator.
Students can login to the website and/or the app via their BITS email.
BITS LIBRARY E-RESOURCES
With the help of one’s BITS email, one can access several resources like e-books, e-journals and even previous-year question papers on the BITS Pilani Library website.

- OFFICE 365
Microsoft 365 is a product family of productivity software, collaboration and cloud-based services owned by Microsoft. Having a BITS email account enables students to get Microsoft 365 products for free. All one has to do is send an email to the IPC operator, requesting them to activate one’s Microsoft account; credentials and other required details will be received as a response. Finally, one may log-in and be free to use services like Microsoft Teams and Office on the web, OneDrive, and desktop apps like Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- AUTODESK
Students will likely encounter the need for Autodesk in the first year itself. Once one has registered and provided proof that they are a student, they will gain access to a free subscription as long as they are eligible.
- GITHUB STUDENT DEVELOPER PACK
Although GitHub can be accessed through a student’s personal email account, with the GitHub Student Developer pack,six months of free access to over 60 courses can be unlocked, depending on the different companies that have partnered with Google for this particular program. The terms and conditions may vary and the service may not exist in every region. Benefits offered by these companies range from access to production tools, credit cards, and even hosting services. Even though Figma is freely accessible to anyone on the internet, it does have a professional plan, which gives one extra benefits like creating private projects, and the ability to work with teams without limits.

Once approved, the education status will be valid for two years. If one is still a student at the end of the two years, they may re-apply for education status again.
- MICROSOFT AZURE FOR STUDENTS
With the Microsoft Azure for Students pack, students will be able to avail resources which help them build, run, and manage applications across multiple clouds with the tools and frameworks of one’s choice.
Azure has two programs running for students: Azure for students and Azure for Students Starter. The former pack entails a USD 100 credit valid for 12 months and more than 25 free services whereas the latter is available to verified students at no cost and without any limit, but offers fewer benefits in comparison.
