The BOSM English Press sat down with Sarthak Arora, the BOSM Coordinator for the Department of Visual Media (DVM), to discuss their preparations for the upcoming fest. DVM usually handles the development of the fest website, the mobile application, and the videos and portals used by all other departments. However, for BOSM, the production of fest videos is being overlooked by the Coding Club, and DVM is handling the rest of the technical aspects. The BOSM app can be used for scanning tickets for the professional shows, getting notifications for events, and checking results for matches. For the evaluation and scoring of matches, a portal has been developed, which has been shared with all coordinators. Sarthak and his team have been hard at work for the past three months, and all the features are almost ready to use. 

Sarthak says that he is really proud of the work ethic of his juniors and the atmosphere in the DVM room during work sessions. Being BOSM coordinator has been very smooth for Sarthak, as the CoSSAc has been very supportive and accommodating in their demands and negotiations. To conclude, Sarthak hopes everyone uses the app and everything runs smoothly during the fest.
