Gurukul

With the sounds of Gurukul practicing in the background, the BOSM English Press sat down with Aditya Anand, their Coordinator, to learn more about their work as the fest drew near. Gurukul is one of the campus’s many clubs for music lovers, whether it be singing or playing any instrument.

While Gurukul performs at the BOSM Inauguration every year, this time, they are also hosting “Gurukul Nite,”  their semesterly performance, on Day One of BOSM. He added that preparations for both their performances were in full swing. He informed that Gurukul is trying its best to ensure a great night of fun.

Aditya shared that Gurukul had planned to perform 20 songs during the fest, and with only a month to prepare them all, every club member was practicing as much as they could.

When asked about his experience as the coordinator, Aditya mentioned that it had been challenging. Managing time and overseeing practice sessions certainly takes its toll; however, Aditya added that he enjoyed the work. Signing off, Aditya expressed hope to see a good number of outstation participants during the Nite. He also urged everyone on campus to attend, saying they had something for everyone, regardless of their music taste.
