The APOGEE English Press interviewed Ishan Chine, the Coordinator of Inspired Karters Electric (IKE) to understand their work for the upcoming fest.

Ishan introduced IKE as a Formula Student team that builds racing karts to participate in national and international events like Formula Bharat. He explained that IKE would be conducting the F1 quiz this APOGEE. The quiz would be conducted in multiple rounds with the top 3 teams being the finalists and competing for the podium positions.

Talking about the challenges, Ishan mentioned that IKE is an investment-heavy team that requires a lot of sponsorships, mentioning that obtaining these sponsorships had not been an easy task for them. They currently relied on sponsorships from BITS alumni and relevant external organisations. 

Ishan remarked that IKE began preparing for the F1 quiz in April. They expected increased participation as F1 seemed to be getting more popular.
He called his experience with the CostAA ‘smooth’ and applauded their work for the fest, mentioning that IKE did not face any significant issues. He concluded by extending an invitation to the student body to participate in the F1 quiz, hoping it would enhance their fest experience.
