The English Press Club recently accessed- through an anonymous source- an internal memorandum circulated by the Department of Sponsorship & Marketing (Sponz). The memorandum in question was addressed to the President, the General Secretary, the Corroboration & Review Committee (CRC), the Election Commission (EC) and the administration.
