With Oasis right around the corner, Gunjas Singh, the coordinator of Punjab Cultural Association (PCA), is busy with the coordination and management of the association. However, he managed to take some time out of his busy schedule and give the Oasis English Press an insight into PCA’s activities this Oasis.

PCA has been organizing events in Oasis for many years. They organized two events in Oasis 2017. However, their event for Oasis ‘18 was cancelled. This year, they are coming back with a surprise event that will be held at the Rotunda. The element of surprise is important and hence not much can be revealed about the event. They have been planning it for over a month, and Gunjas urged people to eagerly anticipate it.

Other than Oasis, the Association also organizes a Cultural Nite, Grub, and holds Baisakhi and Lodhi celebrations. When asked about his experience as a coordinator, he remarked that it has been great. Directing an entire event and coordinating with his peers has been an enriching experience for him. He also feels that the expectations are really high and people want them to put up a great show, so they have been working hard for this. 

He concluded by saying that the surprise event will be something to look out for and that the people will surely love it.
